HYBRIX Supermart membership is free. Members must provide accurate and current registration information.
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account and login credentials.
Orders are subject to product availability, applicable prices, payment verification and the selected fulfilment method.
Referral features, rewards or benefits are subject to the current HYBRIX programme rules and may only be earned on eligible verified transactions.
Members submitting videos, testimonials or other content must have the right and permission to submit that content and remain responsible for their statements and claims.
Members must not misuse the platform, provide fraudulent information, interfere with the system, impersonate others or use HYBRIX for unlawful activities.
Delivery and pickup are subject to the fulfilment option selected, stock availability and operational conditions.
HYBRIX may update these Terms & Conditions when reasonably required for operational, legal, security or programme changes.
By creating an account and accepting these Terms & Conditions, the member agrees to comply with the rules governing HYBRIX Supermart.
